Considered the ‘World’s Most Beautiful Theme Park’, Busch Gardens is 383-acres located in James City County, Virginia (about 3 miles Southeast of Williamsburg, VA and 55 miles Southeast of Richmond, VA). Busch Gardens is broken into “countries” from old-world Europe — England & Scotland, Ireland, France & New France (French Canada), Germany and Italy.
The park features 23 rides (6 roller coasters, 6 water rides), 7 shows, 6 kids attractions, and 12 behind the scenes tours. Complimentary parking is available for all buses.
Group ticket rates are offered for groups of 15 or more for $47 per person (regularly $72 per adult / $62 per child three years of age and older). If you’d like a meal with your tickets, you’ll need a minimum of 40 people in your group. They offer various dining options: Dining Certificates (prices vary) – if you prefer everyone eating on their own – or, you can set-up an all-you-can-eat picnic for your family members. Advanced reservations are required a minimum of 30 days prior to your visit date for groups of 15 or more.
If you plan be in Williamsburg, VA for your family reunion, considering visiting Water Country USA which is the Mid-Atlantic’s largest water park and located just a few miles away from Busch Gardens.

LOCATION / DIRECTIONS
I’ve personally visited Busch Gardens and they truly have it all — award winning rides, Broadway-style shows, delicious food and music — not to mention, the park really is beautiful. There is no doubt that your family reunion group will have a wonderful time.
